In 2023, Founder Alicia Swan realised there was a gap in the market. Alicia wanted a hummus that didn’t come in a plastic container filled with preservatives. When she would make hummus at home she often found she was missing an ingredient or two. That is when Hummix, the hummus paste was formed. A jar of Hummix and a can of chickpeas is all you need to make the tastiest hummus. Not only is Hummix a great paste to make hummus but it is also a superb salad dressing!
