HUMMUS 101

Homemade hummus is easy with Hummix.

Simply add 2 Tablespoons of Hummix into a blender. Add a drained can (400g) of chickpeas and 1/4 of water*. Blend until smooth.

*You can add more or less water into the blender depending on what consistency of dip you prefer.

HOT TIP

To make things even EASIER you don’t even need to add water…

If you drain half of the liquid from the can of chickpeas, then empty the rest of the contents of the can into the blender with Hummix. We find using the chickpea brine makes the dip alot CREAMIER!

SALAD DRESSING

For the tastiest and easiest salad dressing you will need to add 2 Tablespoons of Hummix with 2 Tablespoons of water into a jar or a cup. Stir the ingredients until creamy, or if you are using a jar simply screw on the lid and shake.
